首先要安装 aMule，现在 aMule 已经是 GTK 2 界面了，很漂亮，中文支持也很好。安装之后，设置昵称为 [CHN][VeryCD]xxxx，然后服务器设置为：

名称：DonkeyServer No1 地址：62.241.53.2:4242

其他的服务器还有：

名称：华语P2P源动力 地址：61.152.93.254:4661
名称：Razorback 2 地址：195.245.244.243:4661

然后设置 firefox 和 opera。

firefox：

在地址栏中键入：about:config，打开配置页。右键点击配置列表，创建“布尔”项 network.protocol-handler.external.ed2k，值为 true，然后在创建一个“字符串”项 network.protocol-handler.app.ed2k，值为 /usr/bin/ed2k.amule。这样就可以了。

opera：

在菜单->工具->首选项->高级->程序->选择其他协议的帮手程序中，添加一项，协议为 ed2k，程序为 /usr/bin/ed2k.amule。这样就可以了。

新建“布尔”
名称为：network.protocol-handler.external.ed2k
值为：true

新建“字符串”
名称为：network.protocol-handler.app.ed2k
值为：/home/youname/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/eMule/emule.exe
(假设 emule 安装在虚拟的 C 盘)

顺便还提到了路由器内 highid 的方法。转发规则 -> 虚拟服务器，6265,6266 转发。

sudo apt-get install amule-utils

解决 amule 异常退出问题。

以下为引用内容:

1.先下载最新2.90版下载地址
2.下载图形界面Sancho：下载地址，要下载for linux版的别下错。
3.下载完毕后，解压，先运行mldonkey文件夹下的mlnet（鼠标双击选择用运行，或者终端下执行 ./mlnet）
4.然后运行sancho文件夹下的sancho（鼠标双击选择运行或者命令行下./sancho）
5.按配置向导操作进入图形界面后，选择首选项->sancho:主要->一般里选择语言文件中文。
6.设置mlnet的运行路径在.在首选项->sancho:主要->可选的->可执行core 那里填上你的mlnet路径。以后可直接启动Sancho就可以了。
7.如果你需要修改下载目录和temp目录的话，修改~/.mldonkey/downloads.ini，找到411行，修改双引号里的地址。

我没怎么设置，驴子就到满速了。如果你是内网用户可能需要一些设置才行。
借助了一下前辈的设置经验，

安装完mldonkey和sancho之后，打开运行sancho，在配置向导中将Optional core executable设置好，就是找到mldonkey的mlnet。完了后就打开Sancho的界面了。
然后我们就要设置一下，好能让我们拥有High ID：
依次打开“Tools”──>“Preferences”打开首选项设置，在Main中（注意不是Sancho:Main）可以设置 client_name，这应该是相当于Amule中的用户名，可以设置为[CHN][VeryCD]yourname的样子，yourname可以替换为自己喜欢的名字。

在Networks的下级Donkey中有三个选项我是勾选了的：ED2K-force_client_high_id、ED2K- force_high_id、ED2k-keep_best_server。最重要的应该是第一个。还有一个ED2K- max_connected_servers，原来是3,这是最大可连接服务器数，反正我把它改成10了。

还可以添加我们常用的服务器，当然这不是在Preferences中设置的，而是在Sancho的主界面中上方第二行点击Server，然后点击绿色+号旁边的带+的地球图标的按钮来添加一个server.met，比如电驴用的http://www.emule.org.cn/server.met

还有一个带宽设置，在打开状态托盘中sancho的图标上点右键，选择“Bandwidth settings”──>“Preset: High Bandwidth”

amule 无法登录服务器问题

去掉 .txt 后缀，拷贝到 .aMule 目录，覆盖原文件。

如何更新服务器列表！

方法之一：

在“选项”—“服务器”里面，然后点击第3项后面的“列表”，会打开写字板，把以下的每日更新的服务器列表拷贝到里面：

方法之二：

推荐一个每天都更新的世界服务器列表的网站：

网页左下方有个 Home (server.met) 文件,点击进入另外一个网页,出现下面的内容：

connect list: server.met (add to eMule) 2.9kB (25 servers)
best servers: server.met (add to eMule) 6.7kB (63 servers)
all servers: server.met (add to eMule) 9.9kB (94 servers)

选择最下面的一个,点击(add to eMule)就可以把所有的服务器自动添加到eMule当中。

补充说明：何时应该更新服务器列表，更新之后有什么好处吗！？

如果你的连接没有什么问题，下载都一切正常的话没就有必要经常更新服务器列表。如果哪天连接服务器总是失败或超时的话，可以试着更新一下服务器列表。或许会有帮助。一般来说，其实只要你选中“选项”—“连接”里面的“连接到服务器时自动更新服务器列表”和“连接到其他客户时更新服务器列表”这两项的话。你的服务器列表一般都可以保证没有问题。另外，更新服务器列表的优点就是：更新之后能在更大的范围内搜索文件！

firefox：
