前提是有 apache,proftpd（Professional FTP daemon）和php（ubuntu LAMP 默认就有），若没有先安装。

sudo apt-get install apache2
sudo apt-get install proftpd
sudo apt-get install php5

在 这里下载 phpftpwho，解压后拷贝到 /var/www 目录中。用http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/phpftpwho/ 访问即可。
