gimp 工具栏调整

打开 ~/.gimp-2.2/toolrc 文件（gimp 2.3 目录为 ~/.gimp-2.2/toolrc），把下面移动工具（move）部分的内容放到最前面即可

(GimpToolInfo “gimp-move-tool”
(stock-id “gimp-tool-move”)
(visible yes))

visible yes 表示显示此工具
