让ubuntu 使用DNS本地缓存

via Local DNS Cache for Faster Browsing

大意就是安装 dnsmasq，在本机建立DNS服务器，然后在 /etc/resolv.conf 中添加第一个DNS服务器为自己。

nameserver 127.0.0.1
…

这样会有本地的DNS缓存，从而加快域名解析速度。
